A mulher disse ao portal\u00a0G1<\/em> que se sente contente com a decis\u00e3o: \u201cEstou feliz porque a justi\u00e7a foi feita. A internet n\u00e3o pode ser terra sem lei. Rede social n\u00e3o pode ser arma para ofensas, deve trazer informa\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e9ria e de qualidade\u201d.<\/p>\n

O\u00a0ex-Polegar<\/a>\u00a0Rafael Ilha foi condenado ap\u00f3s atacar a mulher pelas redes sociais em fevereiro de 2020. Ele chegou a afirmar que Liana Morisco era \u201cusu\u00e1ria de drogas\u201d e que praticava atos sexuais \u201csadomasoquistas\u201d.<\/p>\n

Tudo isso ap\u00f3s a mulher fazer uma postagem nas redes sociais sobre Rodrigo Manga, que assumiria a Prefeitura de\u00a0Sorocaba<\/a>, no interior de\u00a0S\u00e3o Paulo<\/a>, pouco tempo depois. O pol\u00edtico \u00e9 um amigo pr\u00f3ximo de Rafael Ilha.<\/p>\n

Os advogados do artista disseram que pelo fato da mulher ter postado material de cunho pol\u00edtico, acabou despertando opini\u00f5es divergente, Mas que os coment\u00e1rios n\u00e3o se referiam a mulher em si.<\/p>\n

Liana Morisco pediu R$ 40 mil de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o. A Justi\u00e7a decidiu fixar o valor em R$ 5 mil. Rafael Ilha tamb\u00e9m foi condenado a publicar uma retrata\u00e7\u00e3o em favor de Liana em sua rede social.<\/p>\n

No Instagram, Rafael Ilha postou nos stories: \u201cEu, Rafael Ilha, venho por meio desta retrata\u00e7\u00e3o, nesta \u00fanica rede social que tenho atualmente, pedir desculpas pelas ofensas proferidas a senhora Liana Morisco\u201d, escreveu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

O artista desativou os coment\u00e1rios e, na sequ\u00eancia, compartilhou in\u00fameras frases de efeito, entre elas: \u201cEu j\u00e1 falei sem pensar, como j\u00e1 fiquei horas pensando no que falei\u201d, \u201cFinja ser idiota, para enganar o idiota que se acha inteligente\u201d e \u201cTem gente que n\u00e3o vale nem o ran\u00e7o que a gente pega dela\u201d.<\/p>\n

O valor da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o foi pago pelo artista.<\/p>\n
