No local, a m\u00e3e do beb\u00ea tentou agredir policiais militares (PMs). Com sinais de maus-tratos, insola\u00e7\u00e3o e desidrata\u00e7\u00e3o, o menino foi entregue pela pol\u00edcia ao Conselho Tutelar.
