A constru\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou no in\u00edcio deste m\u00eas, e a previs\u00e3o para inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O complexo ter\u00e1 mais de 53 hectares e pretende ser um dos maiores parques p\u00fablicos da cidade, com est\u00e1dio, campos de futebol comunit\u00e1rios, centro de tecnologia, hot\u00e9is, lojas e restaurantes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O novo est\u00e1dio passar\u00e1 a ser a casa do Inter Miami e vai ter capacidade para 25 mil torcedores.\u00a0O plano visa ainda pagar milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em benef\u00edcios comunit\u00e1rios. O espa\u00e7o ao ar livre ter\u00e1 mais de 23 hectares.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Segundo dados do site do complexo, o Miami Freedom Park vai contribuir com mais de 40 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares em impostos anuais para a cidade de Miami, para o condado de Miami-Dade e as escolas p\u00fablicas dele e tamb\u00e9m para o estado da Fl\u00f3rida. A expectativa \u00e9 de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de 15 mil empregos diretos ou indiretos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O projeto tamb\u00e9m est\u00e1 trabalhando para identificar terrenos baldios e abandonados da cidade para transform\u00e1-los em parques para os moradores.
